Assistant Manager Finance

Looking for a role where you can take full ownership of finance operations in a stable corporate environment Join our team and play a key role in managing the company's financial health and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, GL and reconciliations
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare accurate financial reports, schedules, and management accounts
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and monitor the budget vs actual performance and highlight key variances
• Ensure compliance with SST and statutory tax requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure internal controls are in place
• Assist in process improvements and ad-hoc finance tasks

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in full set accounting & reporting
• Familiar with SST compliance and submissions
• Proficient in accounting systems & Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• A team player with good communication skills
