Purpose of Job
Play a key role in supporting corporate finance, responsible to support the Operations & Production in the overall financial and administrative function consistent with the requirements of Finance Department. Attend to related finance requirements, documentations and reports by business unit for Revenue and Cost related. The role also involves supporting the month-end closing process, general ledger, reconciling accounts payable balances, and providing necessary reports and documentation as and when required. The role will be contributing to the financial operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the organization's financial health.
- Monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Participating in financial audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Coordinate with local auditors/local tax consultant for audit/financial matters by providing information and responding to queries.
- Analyzing cost structures and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
- Development and implementation of internal controls, process, management, and improvement, policy & procedures for the group
- Support the month-end closing process, general ledger, reconciling accounts payable balances, and providing necessary reports and documentation if required.
- Assist in system migration and implementation, including system testing.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.

- Ensure compliance with relevant company and/or group policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
Representing the Company
Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, treasury, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
