Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare full set of accounts for regional entities.
• Prepare accounting schedules and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, KPI and ratio reporting.
• Evaluate project investment returns and monitor project budgets.
• Support monthly financial presentations.

Treasury Management

• Manage project cash flow and working capital.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage banking transactions and fund transfers.
• Liaise with regional banks on overseas remittances and cross-border transfers.
• Ensure timely collections and payments.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Support statutory audits with minimal audit adjustments.
• Liaise with shareholders, local partners and regulatory bodies.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with regional finance teams.
• Support corporate secretarial matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and business partners.

Process Improvement

• Improve finance processes and internal controls.
• Participate in finance system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

• Support investment analysis and project evaluations.
• Assist in corporate exercises.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience

• 3–5 years experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Audit and taxation exposure is an advantage.
• Experience in regional finance or renewable energy is preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of MFRS / IFRS.
• Financial reporting and analysis.
• Budgeting & forecasting.
• Treasury and cash flow management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (to liaise with regional stakeholders).
