Job Description:

  1. Oversee daily food court operations and beverage stalls.
  2. Ensure smooth tenant operations and compliance with standards
  3. Manage manpower, customer experience, and operational issues
  4. Support new food court setup and project launches
  5. Monitor sales, costs, and overall performance
  6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in food court or F&B operations
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements
  3. Experience in tenant and operations management
  4. Hands-on leader with good problem-solving skills
  5. Experience in new outlet setup is a bonus
