Job Purpose .
  • To perform configuration and coding for OpenText NetIQ platform to meet the operation and customization requirement and mitigate the risks of Access management.
  • Improve and build stronger Identity Governance Framework base on existing CIMB IGA Team process.
  • Provide suggestion and recommendation to improve Identity Governance tools in technical area.

Key Responsibilities .

  • Perform technical changes for enhancement or application onboarding on implemented Identity and Governance Administration (IGA) platform and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform including coding, testing and migration.
  • Provide technical support for IGA and RPA platforms.
  • Participate in IGA and RPA related changes testing to ensure the solution implemented according to the policies stipulated
  • Evaluate IGA and RPA related change requirement and collaborate with external vendor on the change request (if applicable)
  • Ensures that the system available is maintained in accordance to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Study and evaluate technological risks and internal controls
  • Provide expertise in any area (if applicable)

Qualifications

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)

University Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
Relevant Work ExperienceMinimum 5 7 years of experience in IAM related fields

Competencies/Skills

(Essential to succeed in this job)

  • Strong understanding of identity administration and governance concepts and practices
  • Experience in identity management implementation
  • Familiar in scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python)
  • Familiar with XML and JSON data format
  • Familiar with Linux Operating Systems (e.g. basic command line operations)
  • Experience in configuring or enhancing identity manager solution driver/connector and workflow
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services for integrating external systems with identity management solutions.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in OpenText Identity Manager is an added advantage
