The HRBP will be responsible for driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership, and supporting key people-related decisions to enhance business performance. The HRBP will work closely with leaders across various functions to develop and implement HR strategies that drive talent management, performance, employee engagement, and organizational culture towards business goals.
- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives.
- Provide consultative HR support to leaders in areas such as organizational design, manpower planning, talent management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Achieve set time-to-fill targets while maintaining high standards for quality of hire.
- Monitor recruitment performance in real time to ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term focus on hiring diverse and qualified talent.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet the hiring needs for assigned roles.
- Coordinate onboarding processes by liaising with relevant departments
- Plan and participate in talent acquisition programs, including campus hiring, career fairs and diversity recruitment drives.
- Contribute to recruitment initiatives such as walk-in interviews for large-scale hiring.
- Drive HR initiatives that support business transformations, restructuring, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to create and implement employee development plans that align with both business needs and employee aspirations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in handling complex employee relations issues.
- Advise on effective conflict resolution and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation and execution of talent management and performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Work with leaders to establish clear performance metrics, offer coaching on performance appraisals, and ensure ongoing employee feedback
- Act as a change agent in helping the organization through major changes or transformation initiatives.
- Provide counsel on the impact of change on employee engagement and culture and help manage the people side of change.

- Leverage HR data to monitor trends in turnover, engagement, performance, and other critical metrics.
- Work to continuously improve HR processes based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure that HR practices comply with local labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Mitigate risk by providing guidance on legal matters related to employment and addressing potential compliance issues
- Collaborate with other HR functions to implement integrated solutions.
