Support HR in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), training, audits, and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee & Industrial Relations
- Advise on HR policies, employment laws, and regulations
- Handle employee grievances, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain positive employer-employee relationships
- Manage PIP, domestic inquiries, and employee feedback programs
- Liaise with government bodies (e.g., IR office, immigration)
2. Learning & Development
- Support training strategies and programs
- Coordinate training, e-learning, and development activities
- Maintain training records and dashboards (Oracle Learning system)
3. Audits & Compliance
- Support internal and external audits
- Prepare and manage audit documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO and labour regulations
4. HR Administration & Engagement
- Support HR processes and supplier registration
- Participate in company committees (safety, CI, green initiatives)
Requirements
- Degree in HR or related field
- Min. 7 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act
- Good communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia) and interpersonal skills
- Strong data analysis (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in IR cases preferred
