About the Job
To fulfil the purpose of this role, the job holder is expected to perform the following key duties and responsibilities as follows:
- To attend to user's incoming email and promptly response or advice pertaining to query.
- To attend to incoming SAR request to process & complete all ID provisioning/ de-provisioning requisitions assigned within SLA / agreed date stipulated in the request for bulk request.
- Executing access related service requests and change tasks, in accordance with internal ITIL change management procedures.
- Provide day to day operation support and troubleshooting for IDM/PAM infrastructure, including Windows, Unix, AS400 and related application platform within CyberArk/MasterSAM.
- Assisting in privileged access provisioning and revocation, ensuring that activities are tracked and aligned with access policies.
- Participate in change management processes/call and ensure proper documentation and impact assessment for any IDM/PAM related changes or support require.
- To assist Support/Project team to fix the CyberArk/MasterSAM issue if the team encounter any problem when running the deployment activity.
- Supported DR Activity / ad-hoc requests and involved on BCP exercise by ensuring all system access requests are completed in accordance with procedure and guidelines.
- Assist with governance team, including evidence collection, issues remediation tracking, and ensuring adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
We are looking for people with
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, access management, or infrastructure operations.
- Solid understanding of Windows, Unix, AS400, and standard application platforms.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, CMD) to assist with access and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with RBAC principles and general access control methodologies.
- Understanding of access management principles, including account provisioning, deprovisioning and access review.
- Awareness of audit and compliance requirements related to identity and access controls.
- Experience or involvement in project coordination and handling routine implementation tasks.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the IDM/PAM domain.
