About the role
Responsible for managing and strengthening the company's automotive insurance and Body & Paint network by monitoring insurance performance, optimizing dealer operations, driving network expansion, and developing strategies to improve market share, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role will work closely with insurance partners, dealers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective insurance operations and sustainable aftersales business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage insurance KPIs and monitor the performance of panel insurance partners and dealers, providing support and solutions on insurance related matters.
- Review and recommend the appointment, renewal, and performance management of panel insurance partners.
- Develop and propose strategies for network expansion, including workshop coverage and Body & Paint capacity.
- Drive initiatives to increase insurance market share, revenue, and profit margins.
- Analyze market trends, insurance performance, and business data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct market research and evaluate insurance products, packages, and market conditions to support business development.
- Analyze and recommend parts pricing revisions to ensure competitiveness and business sustainability.
- Evaluate the sustainability and profitability of dealers Body & Paint and aftersales operations, and recommend improvement initiatives where required.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review operational standards and processes to strengthen network capabilities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with dealers, insurance companies, and relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve overall service delivery.
About you
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive insurance, motor insurance claims, Body & Paint, or related automotive aftersales business.
- Strong understanding of motor insurance and claims processes, preferably with experience working with insurance companies and automotive dealers.
- Good understanding of Body & Paint operations, dealer network management, and automotive aftersales business will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers, insurance partners, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong process management mindset with the ability to establish, improve, and implement operational processes and standards.
- Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
