Assistant Manager, Integrated Practice Units/Thematic Enterprises
The Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager supports the development, implementation and performance monitoring of Integrated Practice Units (IPUs) under TGCH's Unified Care Approach. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional work groups across hospital and community settings, the role aims to strengthen patient safety, clinical quality and care integration across the full hospital-to-community care continuum to deliver patient-centred, appropriate and value-based care.
