Manage the earnings announcement preparation process, including drafting earnings releases and preparing comprehensive Q&A materials to ensure accurate and consistent disclosure to the investment community.
Draft and disseminate investor communications to analysts, shareholders and the financial community to maintain transparent and consistent corporate messaging.
Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, financial statements, proxy statements and other investor materials to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the investment community.
Manage investor enquiries and feedback from analysts and shareholders, escalating significant matters to management to ensure appropriate response and stakeholder engagement.
Organise investor engagement activities including roadshows, conferences, briefings and Annual General Meeting (AGM) to ensure effective communication between the company and the investment community.
Lead and coordinate investor site tours involving investors, brokers and bankers to facilitate understanding of company operations and strengthen investor engagement.
Monitor financial news flow, industry developments and ESG trends to support proactive investor communication and maintain awareness of market expectations.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders including analysts, investors and professional bodies, while providing guidance to junior staff involved in IR-related projects to ensure effective stakeholder management and project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, finance, or related fields.
Exposure to capital markets, investment banking, financial analysis, or corporate reporting is an advantage.
