Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Assistant Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our enterprise applications. This role is pivotal in our digital transformation journey, with a strong focus on PropTech innovations, system reliability, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Maintenance & Support

  • First-Level Support: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving enterprise application issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and coordinating with vendors for timely fixes.
  • System Integrity: Oversee application lifecycle activities including upgrades, bug fixes, and system improvements to ensure high availability and data integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate workflows and user requirements to recommend and implement effective technology solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Coordinate annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, perform user access reviews, and maintain audit logs to ensure compliance.
  • Reporting: Assist in developing interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Project Delivery: Lead and support IT projects including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring delivery within scope and schedule.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Bridge communication between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, manage risks, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT application support and project management.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Advantageous Skills: Exposure to Copilot or Power BI.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting Property Development, Commercial Asset Management, HRIS, or Financial systems is a significant plus.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment, and a service-oriented mindset.
