Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and involves daily tasks such as overseeing store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers. The Assistant Manager will also implement business strategies to drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail management, staff management, and customer service
  • Ability to oversee store operations and maintain inventory levels
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in coordinating with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
