Job Description
- Proactively source, identify, and secure potential Brand Partners based on market trends, leasing strategy, and mall positioning.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective Brand Partners, including presenting leasing opportunities and delivering compelling presentations.
- Conduct offer preparation, negotiation, and deal structuring to secure optimal lease terms.
- Review tenancy agreements with Legal Division, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- To monitor tenancy expiry profile and proactively engage in renewal discussions and secure lease extensions.
- Prepare Sales and Rent Analysis with good analytical skills to analyse centre productivity.
- Liaise closely with inter-departments to ensure smooth handover and fit-out processes for new tenants.
- Address tenant requirements and concerns, proposing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Provide weekly leasing updates and reports to senior management.
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
Other Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or any related degree.
· Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in relevant fields, preferably those who have experience in shopping malls.
· Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
· Solid understanding of retail market and submarket conditions.
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; meticulous, efficient, and able to multitask effectively.
· Able to work independently and in a team.
· Willing to travel and attend frequent meetings.
· Strong customer service and brand partner management.
