Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Livestream who has strong exposure to livestream production, content strategy, and operational management. This role requires you to lead and optimize live streaming efforts across multiple platforms, taking responsibility for driving engagement, maximizing viewership, and ensuring seamless livestream operations.

Job Responsibilities:

i. Livestream Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end livestream operations, including the planning, coordination, and execution of livestream events.
  • Identify key platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and sales.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, recommending new approaches and innovations to keep livestream offerings fresh and engaging.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Design, Sales) to ensure that livestream content aligns with broader business objectives and branding.

ii. Livestream Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop a comprehensive livestream strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify target audiences and develop engaging content tailored to these groups, ensuring high-quality, relevant livestream experiences.

iii. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze the performance of livestream events using key metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and conversion.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to management, offering recommendations for improving future livestreams.
  • Track and report on ROI for livestream initiatives, assessing the overall impact of livestream efforts on brand visibility and revenue.

iv. Team Leadership and Management

  • Recruit and train livestream hosts and livestream assistants.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure organizational goals and standards are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5–6 years of relevant experience, with experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful livestream sessions/events.
  • Ability to work in shifts and on public holidays.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creativity and innovation in crafting engaging livestream content.
