Overview
The Implementation Manager is the end-to-end owner of the corporate client experience. You will lead the initial technical onboarding of cash management solutions and remain the primary strategic service partner thereafter. This role requires a rare blend of project management rigor to build the solution and relationship management finesse to maintain it.
Responsibilities
Project Lead:Manage the end-to-end setup of domestic and cross-border cash management solutions.
Technical Integration:Guide clients through the setup of Host-to-Host (H2H) connections and API integrations.
Solution Design:Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to refine bespoke cash management and digital banking solutions.
Expert Training:Conduct high-touch training sessions on the internet banking portal and mobile banking capabilities. Drive self-service proficiency by educating users on administrative functions.
Voice of the Client:Conduct outbound calls to customers who submitted neutral or negative CSAT scores to understand the root cause of their dissatisfaction. Partner with product teams to develop and prioritize feature enhancements based on clients experiences.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
2 years and above of IT related experience will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
