Klook – Global Marketing Team

Klook is a leading global travel and leisure booking platform, helping millions of users discover and book the best experiences anytime, anywhere. We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven professional to help scale our global affiliates and partnerships channel. This role goes beyond relationship management and combines strong channel operations, commercial strategy and performance accountability to drive incremental revenue and sustainable growth across our markets and verticals.

What You'll Do (Main Accountabilities)

  • Grow our affiliate channels: Manage end-to-end operations across global affiliate networks, platforms, and partners; from acquisition and onboarding, to day-to-day optimization, tracking, and scaling.
  • Drive commercial growth: Develop strategies that improve ROI and incremental revenue through smarter commission models, funding structures, and incentive programs.
  • Expand reach through partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and execute co-marketing initiatives with financial institutions, platforms and cross-industry partners to amplify our customer acquisition goals.
  • Co-lead cross-functional initiatives: Partner with product, data, finance, and regional teams to design campaigns that align affiliate performance with broader business goals.
  • Optimize performance with data: Build / access dashboards, develop custom frameworks and methodologies to measure campaign and channel efficiency, ensuring spend is tied to incremental growth.
  • Be the point of accountability: Take ownership as one of the key drivers for our affiliate and partnerships performance, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders while hitting growth and revenue targets.

What You'll Need (Capabilities)

  • 5–8 years of experience in affiliate networks, partnerships, or channel management (travel, e-commerce, or performance marketing experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success in building and scaling affiliate programs with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in basic commercial revenue management, funding models, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills at senior levels.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration and project management experience in complex, multi-market setups.
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into growth strategies.
