YOUR MISSION:
This role is to own and drive in season trading performance across mono brand retail channels, ensuring optimal inventory balance, timely product rollouts, and strong commercial execution. Provide end to end oversight of stock flow and trading activities across all Mono Doors, including Full Priced Stores (FPS), Factory Outlet Concepts (FOC), and Black Doors (BD), if applicable. Act as a key commercial partner to Merchandising, Logistics, VM, and Store Operations, translating data insights into actionable decisions that maximize sell through, reduce inventory risk, and support business targets. Lead Indonesia market operations with a strong understanding of local consumer behavior, store dynamics, and trading opportunities, ensuring alignment between regional strategies and local execution. Serve as a point of accountability for trading accuracy, operational discipline, and in season responsiveness.
Task 1: Inventory Management & Trading Optimization
- Take ownership of in season inventory health across stores and warehouses, ensuring optimal stock levels by store, channel, and category.
- Analyze and interpret detailed sizing curves, allocation effectiveness, and sell through performance to drive data led allocation and replenishment decisions.
- Review historical sales, stock aging, and seasonality trends to identify inventory risks, opportunities, and corrective actions early.
- Lead and execute stock consolidation and inter store transfers to minimize slow moving inventory and improve stock productivity.
- Monitor sell through, weeks of cover, and turnover KPIs, and proactively recommend markdown, replenishment, or promotional actions where required.
- Partner closely with the Merchandising Planner to ensure accurate demand forecasting, reorder decisions (if applicable), and smooth stock flow throughout the season.
Task 2: Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Act as the key trading counterpart to the Country Logistics team, aligning on seasonal buy volumes, delivery phasing, and launch requirements.
- Provide forward‑looking delivery forecasts and proactively identify capacity or timing risks that may impact store execution.
- Track shipment status, escalate delays promptly, and develop contingency plans to mitigate trading impact.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure alignment with monthly launches, promotional calendars, and markdown cycles.
- Support continuous improvement of logistics processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and reliability of stock delivery.
Task 3: In‑Season Rollout, Pricing & Execution Excellence
- Ensure accurate and timely setup of pricing in all systems before product launch.
- Manage and validate in‑season price changes, including internal and external price updates, markdowns, and promotional pricing.
- Own the end‑to‑end execution of monthly launches, ensuring products are correctly ranged, priced, delivered, and visible in stores.
- Maintain seasonal assortment accuracy, updating plans in line with in‑season changes, trading feedback, and supply constraints.
- Oversee stock replenishment logic to maintain healthy store stock levels while respecting store capacity and display limits.
- Monitor incoming stock closely and proactively flag at‑risk SKUs due to shipment delays or timing misalignment.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and Key Item (KI) performance, providing clear post‑analysis insights and recommendations.
Task 4: Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Market Leadership
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure strong execution of new launches and key trading moments.
- Actively participate in monthly DTC trading meetings, contributing insights, risks, and action plans.
- Conduct quarterly store walks / retail visits, using on‑the‑ground insights to refine allocations, replenishment, and execution strategies.
- Partner with Merchandising Planning to ensure alignment on seasonal strategy, promotions, inventory risks, and stock flow priorities.
- Influence stakeholders through clear communication, data‑backed recommendations, and solution‑oriented thinking.
YOUR TALENT:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a relevant studied.
Professional: A minimum 6 years of relevant experience in retail, merchandising, trading, or operations within a fashion, branded, or consumer retail environment. Demonstrated experience managing in‑season trading activities, inventory flow, and cross‑functional collaboration. Prior exposure to multi‑store, mono‑brand, or regional retail operations is an advantage.
IT Skills: Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Power Point,
Language Skills: English - able to present insights clearly and communicate effectively across cross‑functional and regional teams.
