HR Governance on Policy & SOP
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and SOPs to ensure they align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all HR processes adhere to the established policies and SOPs and provide guidance to HR teams on governance-related matters.
- Lead the regular audit and revision process for HR policies and SOPs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Ensure that the organization's HR practices are aligned with ISO 30414:2018 standards.
People Analytics
- Develop HR reporting and analytics roadmap to support business strategy and HR leaders on providing insights and actionable data to support decision making and assess impact of HR strategies.
- Develops and provides workforce analytics reports to HRBPs, HR Heads and Senior Management on trends associated with key human capital factors.
- Design and continuously improving Company-wide HR metrics, reports and dashboards which are aligned with the HR and business strategies.
- Build and refine HR data and analytics capabilities with leveraging the HRIS system.
- Apply analytic and visualization tools to support decision making and assess impact of HR strategies.
- Provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to a team performing analysis on HR data, metrics and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Work closely with IT department to define data architecture within HR systems to enable consistent and effective reporting services.
HR Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Establish, monitor, and report on HR SLAs to ensure timely and quality delivery of HR services across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to define and agree upon service standards and continuously improve the SLA process based on performance data.
HR ISO 30414:2018 Compliance
- Ensure that the organization's HR practices are aligned with ISO 30414:2018 standards.
- Lead internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams on ISO 30414:2018 compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR governance, compliance, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of HR ISO 30414:2018 standards and experience in implementing and maintaining compliance.
- Proven track record in managing HR SLAs, policy development, and workforce optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR data management and dashboard creation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
