About the Job
The role is a hands-on role covering multiple Human Capital (HC) functions, primarily focusing on rewards, performance management, projects management and talent acquisition for the Regional Service Centre (RSC). The role involves managing rewards programmes, handling end-to-end recruitment, and driving key HC projects to support the RSC's growth and efficiency. The job holder collaborates with hiring managers, Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs), and HC Specialists team to meet talent needs strategically and operationally, implement reward frameworks, and execute people related projects successfully. Depending on experience, the position may be appointed at either an Assistant Manager or Manager level, with adjusted responsibilities and decision-making. This role offers a platform for leadership, strategy formulation, and HC service delivery improvement while engaging in day-to-day operations.
- Rewards & Performance Management: Administer comprehensive compensation and performance management processes for RSC employees. This includes coordinating salary recommendations, supporting annual compensation reviews, and analysing market salary data. Maintain robust job evaluation structures and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive data. Provide expert guidance on rewards and performance policies.
- People Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to projects & initiatives aimed at enhancing talent acquisition, rewards, and broader people & culture objectives in preparation for the RSC setup. Utilise strong project management skills and work with respective specialists to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Drive change initiatives and support effective change management efforts.
- Talent Acquisition (RSC Focus): Work along with local and RSC Talent Acquisition team, in executing end-to-end recruitment for roles at RSC functions. Implement sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment process, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and HCBPs to fullfil resources requirements.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders. Work with respective specialists to seek advice on HR policies and best practices, liaise with Group Human Capital and external partners, and collaborate with senior HC leaders on strategy and execution to ensure value and alignment. Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition and rewards.
We are looking for people with
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM, CIPD certification is a plus).
- Substantial HR experience (5+ years) in relevant roles, including talent acquisition and compensation practices. Experience in shared services or financial services is advantageous.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
- Demonstrated capability in analysing HR data and metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical proficiency in HR systems and tools, including ATS (e.g., Taleo) and HRIS (e.g., Oracle HCM). High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
