Responsibilities:
- Responsible for develop and implement business development strategies in alignment with company's goals
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information, strategic planning, and performance reviews
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, including coordination of new product development initiatives
- Plan and execute monthly business plans, including facilitate customer visits and engagement activities to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers during visits, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and techniques
- Build a good relationship and promote open communication with all departments to effectively support markets and customers
- Develop market networking, agent or country distributor for market expansion
- Manage Malaysia, Singapore and Asia market
Qualifications:
- Understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors
- Strong business mind and financial literacy
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong work ethic
- Fluent in English speaking
- Willing to travel both local and oversea and work independently
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years (for Assistant Manager); 10 years (for Manager) of business development and sales experience in manufacturing field, preferable food industry
- Experiences in chocolate, cocoa or oil & fat industry will be huge advantage
