Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of Shariah & Operational Risk Management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor, assess, and report Shariah and Operational Risk exposures, trends, and key risk indicators.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to mitigate risk events and strengthen controls.
  • Facilitate risk awareness and training programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support stress testing initiatives.

Job Requirements


  • Experienced risk professional with 5 years exposure in Shariah Risk, Operational Risk, or risk management within the banking sector.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree and a good understanding of Islamic banking, Shariah governance, and risk management practices.
  • Professional certifications such as Islamic Finance qualifications /or Bank Risk Management (BRM) certification is a must
