Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Membership and Sales & Marketing supports the development and growth of the club's membership base while enhancing member engagement and overall service quality. This role focuses on driving membership sales, strengthening relationships with existing and potential members, and supporting club-wide marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless and premium club experience across golf, F&B, recreation, and events.

Handling and experiences in club membership and good knowledges in golf.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through tours, enquiries, corporate outreach, networking and lead follow-ups.

• Support the development of membership packages, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Handle membership applications, renewals, transfers, and resignations in line with club policies.

• Monitor member satisfaction and implement retention initiatives to maintain high engagement.

• Build strong rapport with members, corporate clients, intermediaries, and key partners.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities including digital content, social media, newsletters, and event promotions.

• Work closely with Golf Operations, F&B, Recreation, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure consistent and quality member experience.

• Coordinate member events, tournaments, club activities, and hospitality arrangements when needed.

• Prepare membership reports, sales performance updates, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

• Ensure accuracy of member data, billing information, and documentation in the club management system.

• Support the Manager in team supervision, coaching, and daily departmental operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in membership sales, hospitality, golf club operations, or customer engagement.

• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented and professional approach.

• Confident in handling high-end clientele, corporate representatives, and VIP guests.

• Good presentation, networking, and negotiation abilities.

• Creative in marketing ideas, promotional content, and engagement strategies.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with club management system

• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and during major club events.
