Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  1. Analysing weekly and monthly Portfolio Guarantee (PG) utilisation data to track pipeline buildup and identify performance gaps across partner financial institutions (FIs), both conventional and Islamic/DFIs.
  2. Preparing management reports, and portfolio performance analyses for the Head of PED and senior stakeholders.
  3. Supporting the execution of sales campaigns and outreach initiatives in coordination with CFD (FIs, Conventional) and IDD (Islamic FIs/DFIs).
  4. Coordinating the Tactical Sales Campaign and Top FI Award programmes, including quarterly scoring reviews, recipient tracking, and presentation of results to stakeholders.
  5. Preparing the department's Operations and Risk Management (ORM) reports on a monthly basis.
  6. Developing and maintaining the department manual to ensure operational procedures are documented and current.
  7. Providing leadership and day-to-day guidance to PED executives to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
  8. Assist on any task as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration/public relations or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Knowledge: Understanding of Portfolio Guarantee products and financial institution dynamics.

Familiarity with CGC's guarantee product suite is an advantage. Knowledge of the MSME financing landscape in Malaysia.

Others: Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Demonstrates leadership qualities with ability to guide and develop junior staff.
