Oversee the overall Production and Secondary matters.
Maintain and improve targeted quality, yield and cycle of all injection moulding machines and secondary lines.
To carry out troubleshooting process to solve yield and OEE issues.
Analyze and rectify problems encountered during operation.
Manage and oversee the entire operations and office administration.
To plan and organize the Production and Secondary operations.
To coordinate with other departments/sections regarding production and quality matters.
Oversee quality problems and seek for immediate corrective action.
To work study/method study on production to enhance continual improvement of productivity and efficiency
To educate machine operators in areas such as quality consciousness, productivity and understanding.
Ensure production capacity meets delivery requirements in quality and quantity through reducing costs, rejects and downtimes of machines.
To check and monitor production report – highlight on problem relating to any particular machine or mould and prepare counter measure for future improvement.
Ensure product are manufactured and delivered according to customer schedule.
Requirement ;
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 5 – 6 years experience in plastic injection moulding industry
