Assistant Manager, Recruitment

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned departments to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
2. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational workforce needs.
3. Monitor hiring progress and recruitment trends and prepare regular recruitment reports for management.
4. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including job fairs, university engagement and recruitment campaigns.
5. Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
6. Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, consistent and compliant with company policies.
7. Support and guide recruiters in managing recruitment activities where required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience managing recruitment across various levels.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Good knowledge of recruitment processes, analytics and employment regulations.
