About the Role
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for HQ, outlets, and operational roles (local & foreign workforce). Partner closely with Operations, Brand Heads, and HODs to understand manpower needs, timelines, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job portals, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, career events).
- Oversee recruitment agencies, including foreign worker agencies, ensuring compliance, cost control, and service quality.
- Coordinate foreign worker hiring, permit applications, renewals, and relevant documentation in compliance with labour regulations.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with HR Operations and relevant departments.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, vacancy aging, quality of hire).
- Ensure recruitment processes are fair, structured, and aligned with company values.
- Other ad-hoc and related duties as required and assigned.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support recruitment budgeting and cost tracking.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Coordinate offer letters and hiring paperwork with HR Operations.
- Assist in talent pipeline building and basic workforce planning initiatives.
- Support recruitment-related HR projects as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource/Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 58 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet environments.
- Proven experience managing both local and foreign worker recruitment.
- Strong vendor and agency management experience.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR systems and recruitment platforms.
