Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site coaching and mentoring for ABMs and Supervisors
  • Reinforce professional conduct, teamwork, and accountability
  • Observe SOP execution and daily operational behaviour, provide immediate feedback
  • Support Training Unit in OJT execution for frontline teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in retail operations or frontline leadership coaching
  • Ability to coach frontline leaders (ABM/Supervisors) on professional behaviour, SOP adherence, and work ethics
  • Strong mentoring and feedback skills to drive immediate behaviour improvement
  • Ability to collaborate with Training Unit to support OJT and development programs
  • Knowledge of daily store operations, team management, and compliance standards
  • Hands-on, approachable, and supportive coaching style
  • Observant, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Focused on teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct
