Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site coaching and mentoring for ABMs and Supervisors
- Reinforce professional conduct, teamwork, and accountability
- Observe SOP execution and daily operational behaviour, provide immediate feedback
- Support Training Unit in OJT execution for frontline teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in retail operations or frontline leadership coaching.
- Ability to coach frontline leaders (ABM/Supervisors) on professional behaviour, SOP adherence, and work ethics.
- Strong mentoring and feedback skills to drive immediate behaviour improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with Training Unit to support OJT and development programs.
- Knowledge of daily store operations, team management, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on, approachable, and supportive coaching style.
- Observant, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Focused on teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct
