Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Sales Admin and Credit Control, based in Kajang. The role involves overseeing sales administration processes and managing credit control activities. Responsibilities include sales tracking, managing relationships with clients, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The candidate will play a key role in optimizing sales operations and ensuring effective credit management to support the organization's growth.

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to support and drive team sales performance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, manage credit control, and ensure efficient management of accounts
- Proven ability to oversee sales administration processes and ensure operational efficiency
- Experience in a sales administration or credit control role is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant business software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Adept problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
