Job Description
1. Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
2. Set sales goals and targets, and monitor the team's performance to ensure they are met or exceeded
3. Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to sales team members to support their professional growth and development.
4. Identify potential sales prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and close deals with potential clients.
5. Train and coach sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
6. Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss revenue, fee collection, targets, strategies, and ongoing projects.
7. Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities based on leads from monthly digital marketing campaigns.
8. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Analyze competitors activities and market trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
10. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, forecast sales, and assess the effectiveness of sales tactics, providing feedback to marketing to align campaigns.
11. Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales team members.
12. Assist with managing the sales budget and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
13. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, agents, and industry stakeholders to foster business development opportunities.
14. Be accountable for ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
15. Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
