Role Description
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
- Lead and monitor progress of sales activities.
- Implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Develop, monitor, and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities where necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years experience in sales & marketing with focus on Export Sales. Candidates with glove manufacturing background is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
