Responsibilities:
Supervise the Companys sales outlets to achieve operational efficiency.
Formulate and implement promotional activities at the sales outlets to achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback on sales initiative programs.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Agents to implement sales and marketing programs.
Conduct product and customer service training for the Agents and Sales Operators.
Perform trade area study on potential sites for business growth and relocation of sales outlets.
Manage NFO Agency Network to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Keep abreast with industry trends.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Assist in community projects for the Company.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales or marketing in the retail chain or agency network.
Must be conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and local Chinese dialects.
Pleasant personality with good communication and analytical skills.
Must be willing to travel and possess own car.
Results-oriented, strong leadership and motivational skills.
