About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Assistant Manager, HR Digitalization & Analytics to drive the transformation of our HR systems and practices. In this role, you will lead HR digitalization initiatives, support the implementation of a centralized HRIS, and develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

HR Digitalization

  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of a centralized Human Resource Information System (HRIS), including both new deployments and continuous improvements.
  • Map current HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
  • Review and align HR policies, procedures, and SOPs with system capabilities and best practices.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
  • Drive user training and change management activities across departments.
  • Monitor system usage and ensure high standards of data accuracy, security, and compliance.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and implement frameworks for HR analytics and reporting.
  • Design dashboards and visualize key HR metrics using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Analyze HR data to generate insights that support workforce planning, engagement, and performance strategies.
  • Provide timely reports and analytics to support both HR and business leadership.
  • Promote a data-driven culture within the HR function.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HRIS, HR digitalization, or HR analytics.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and systems; experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle is a plus.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to lead initiatives independently.
