Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and TikTok Ads.
- Develop and manage full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) to drive and nurture quality leads across digital platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver effective ad visuals, copy, and landing pages.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Manage and optimize Google Search campaigns focused on high-intent keywords and conversion outcomes.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing for ad copies, bid strategy optimizations, and daily budget pacing.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Work with internal stakeholders or external vendors to improve on-page and off-page SEO.
- Support keyword targeting, metadata enhancements, internal linking, and site health optimization.
- Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, SEMRush to monitor rankings and organic traffic improvements.
Website Optimization
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and UX teams to optimize landing pages and lead forms for conversion and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor and improve page load speed, navigation flow, and user experience across key website funnels.
- Analyze user behavior via tools like GA4, or Microsoft Clarity, HeatMap and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, layouts, and forms to maximize lead quality and conversion rate.
Tracking, Insights & Reporting
- Ensure proper setup and management of Meta Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager for reliable conversion tracking.
- Segment and optimize audiences (lookalikes, retargeting, geo, interest-based) across channels.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEM, preferably within the Malaysian market.
- Solid experience managing Meta Ads, Google Search & Display, Performance Max, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and analytics tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc.
- Experience in website or landing page optimization for lead generation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, for campaign reporting.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns for sectors such as property, FMCG, e-commerce, home appliances, or interior & lifestyle.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. IO Respond, OutPerform).
- Knowledge of UTM tracking, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience managing regional campaigns (e.g. Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan).
- Understanding of content optimization and backlinking strategies to support SEO.
