Job Description

Role Overview

This role will act as the marketing anchor for Malaysia, while also contributing to broader APAC priorities across India and Australia.

You will work closely with business leaders and the APAC marketing team to drive pipeline, brand visibility, and market engagement. The focus is on strong local execution in Malaysia while supporting regional scale and consistency.

This is a hands-on, high ownership role where marketing directly contributes to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business-Aligned Marketing (Malaysia + APAC Support)

  • Partner with Malaysia sales and delivery teams to drive market-specific marketing initiatives
  • Support India and Australia marketing priorities through campaign execution, content, and coordination
  • Align marketing efforts to revenue goals and strategic account priorities
  • Act as an extended arm of the APAC marketing function

2. Campaigns and Demand Generation

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across Malaysia and support rollout across India and Australia
  • Localize and adapt regional campaigns for different markets where required
  • Drive lead generation and outbound initiatives in collaboration with regional teams
  • Track and optimize campaign performance

3. Events and Regional Initiatives

  • Plan and execute Malaysia-based events, roundtables, and client engagements
  • Support execution of flagship initiatives across India and Australia, both virtual and on-ground
  • Ensure consistency in experience and messaging across markets

4. Sales Enablement (Cross-Market)

  • Develop and customize client-facing collaterals, presentations, and proposals
  • Support sales teams across Malaysia, India, and Australia with tailored assets
  • Ensure consistent storytelling while adapting to market nuances

5. Brand, Content and Social

  • Manage Malaysia-specific content and social media
  • Contribute to APAC-wide content initiatives, including India and Australia campaigns
  • Drive storytelling around consultants, clients, and business impact

6. Stakeholder and Regional Collaboration

  • Work closely with APAC marketing, India, and Australia teams to execute unified strategies
  • Act as a connector between local business teams and regional marketing
  • Ensure seamless coordination across teams and priorities

7. Insights and Optimization

  • Track campaign performance across Malaysia and supported regions
  • Share insights and learnings to improve overall effectiveness
  • Bring local market intelligence into regional planning

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in staffing, consulting, or professional services
  • Ability to manage multi-market priorities across Malaysia, India, and Australia
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting revenue-driven marketing
  • Strong execution capability across campaigns, events, and content
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a regional APAC setup
