ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact.

NP Digital has been on an incredible upward trajectory globally since its inception and has recently opened offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines in the past year to spearhead its expansion in APAC. Malaysia have been identified as key market to elevate NP Digital's SEO capabilities and fuel business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in SEO and take your career to the next level. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position with strong potential for growth within the organization as we scale across APAC.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Malaysia.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting into the SEO Lead, you'll play a leadership role in delivering world-class SEO solutions, managing a portfolio of high-performing clients, and supporting the development of the broader SEO team. You'll have autonomy, room to grow, and the backing of a senior team that genuinely values innovation and results.

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of SEO campaigns across a portfolio of clients, with a focus on performance, strategy, and stakeholder management
  • Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across outputs
  • Lead client calls, performance reviews, and present data-driven strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams across paid media, strategy, and analytics to drive integrated growth outcomes
  • Run SEO audits, keyword research, technical optimisations, on-page and off-page SEO, and content ideation
  • Stay ahead of SEO industry changes - especially around AI Search, platform updates, and emerging tools
  • Contribute to internal innovation, new business support, and broader team capability building

ABOUT YOU

  • 3 to 5 Years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of delivering strong results across a range of industries
  • At least 1 year of management or mentorship experience
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link building - and how they fit within a broader marketing mix
  • Strong experience using tools like GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Data Studio, and Search Console
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - including confident presenting to senior stakeholders
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure and leads with solutions
  • Someone who's commercially-minded, results-driven, and motivated by growth

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: RM 72,000.00 to 108,000.00 annually; depending on experience and skills
