As our Social Impact lead, you will bridge the gap between grassroots community work and corporate governance. You'll be the primary relationship owner for our NGO partners while ensuring our ESG and sustainability disclosures are top-notch. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in stakeholder-rich environments and loves seeing a project through from big idea to measured impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Iconic Programs: Drive the strategy and oversight for the Star Education Fund, Star Golden Hearts Awards, and our Social Impact Grants.
- Grant & Fund Governance: Oversee donation frameworks, medical fund assistance, and humanitarian appeals with robust verification and audit standards.
- Strategic Partnerships: Act as the lead contact for NGOs, medical institutions, and community groups to ensure our collaborations deliver real value.
- ESG & Impact Reporting: Set the narrative for our social impact stories and manage the data integrity for our Annual Report and sustainability disclosures.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop a high-performing team of executives to ensure excellence in program delivery and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- A Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 - 8 yearsof working experience in social impact, NGO management, sustainability, or community programs.
- A proven track record in managing budgets, grant governance, and impact measurement.
- A blend of creativity for event concepts and a disciplined approach to governance and audit readiness.
