About The Job
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Assistant Marketing Manager, Social Media & Content, to lead our social presence across key platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong content strategy skills with hands-on social execution, excellent project management, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy
- Plan, manage, and grow the brand's social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies and communication plans aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Ideate and prepare production briefs, mood boards, and shoot decks for internal content shoots.
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns, including talent partnerships, KOL/creator collaborations, and platform-specific activations.
- Work closely with media and performance teams to ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Team & Project Management
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and improve overall social effectiveness.
- Support the management of platform boosting, paid amplification, and reporting processes.
Analysis & Reporting
- Compile post-campaign reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Track social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to guide content direction and identify new opportunities.
What You Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and emerging platforms.
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or creators is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, trends, and high-quality content.
