Assistant Manager - Spa & Recreation, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient management of the Spa & Recreation department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of associates, guests, and owners. The Assistant Manager - Spa & Recreation plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the spa, providing hands-on leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring all treatments and services are delivered in accordance with established spa brand standards and service protocols, and cultivating exceptional guest relationships to enhance the overall spa experience.

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally with a university degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a spa within luxury hotels or related establishments.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and services.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, attention to detail in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns professionally and empathetically.
