Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies and activities for continuous growth, expansion of market share as well as development of new business in shopping malls, managed building, POI cluster and Southern Region.
  • Conduct market research both for the local as well as regional markets and assist in identifying potential business opportunities for nationwide.
  • Handle sourcing, planning, evaluation, negotiation, tenancy preparation and landlord liaison.
  • Prepare proposals, reports on progress of planned activities and performance reports for respective regions to management.
  • Assist Operations to monitor nationwide outlet performances.
  • To prepare demographic study / analysis.
  • And other matter related to Department.

Job Requirement:

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Mapping
  • Good networking with Agent/Landlord/Tenant
  • Strong leadership skills, good communication skills
