RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the management of the auto finance product lifecycle, including marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of product offerings to improve customer affordability. • Support and review pricing strategies to balance sales growth, risk, and profitability.
• Analyse portfolio performance, campaign profitability, and yield trends, providing recommendations for strategic improvements.
• Preparation of business cases for new products, campaigns, and system enhancements, with opportunities to lead assigned initiatives.
• Handle system initiatives involving loan origination systems, pricing tools, and reporting frameworks, and lead selected projects as assigned. Define business requirements, coordinate UAT activities, and support the implementation of system and process enhancements.
• Work closely with core departments to support the effective execution of business directions.
• Support the Department Operations Manager in coordinating operational initiatives and ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational execution, while taking ownership of selected projects independently.
• Manage company website content and lead‑related processes to enhance customer engagement, improve lead generation, and drive product adoption.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely delivery of management and performance reports. • Prepare monthly and regular reporting.
• Lead and guide junior team members, while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in automotive finance, banking, leasing, or financial services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modelling), Power BI, PowerPoint, and dashboard visualisation.
• Minimum 1 year experience in managing and guiding team members.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Proven experience leading projects, system changes, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management capability, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and respond effectively to fast changing and dynamic business environments.
