Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, located in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. The role involves developing and executing employer branding strategies, conducting recruitment, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge in Employer Branding strategies
  • Specialization in IT Recruitment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
