Support Category Development to jointly develop category / brand vision with marketing. Planning and execution excellence for marketing plans and NPD launches.
Lead POSM preparation and sampling execution with internal stakeholders. Plans, track and review performance for future learnings and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all national promotion & NPD POSM purchase, APC preparation, delivery, tracking and process invoices.
Lead sampling execution with sales team by preparing sampling outlet list and manage issues faced by sales team & agency.
To ensure National Promotion forecast volume is according to budget or PNL.
To prepare display conformance photo report for incentive purpose.
Manage additional Trade Display Budget drive additional display for campaign / NPD, manage claim of trade display and listing fees of NPD.
Prepare National Promotion Post Promo Evaluation and share with internal teams.
Preparation of new launch product establish quantity of listing sample & pack to deliver to sales team.
To prepare Sales Bulletin for sales manager to brief sales rep / merchandiser during month end meeting.
Clearance fund / listing fees management.
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business / Marketing.
Minimum 5 years related experience with minimum 3 years experience in category development.
Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
