Overview

Were looking for a hands-on, creatively-driven Assistant Marketing & Design Manager to join our team. This role blends marketing coordination with a strong focus on design execution. From editing high-performing video ads and creating static social media content to supporting our WordPress website. If you&aposre equal parts visual storyteller and marketing multitasker, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Design & Creative Production

- Edit weekly engaging short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

- Regularly design social media graphics, digital ads, and printed materials as needed

- Maintain brand consistency across all assets

- Regularly source and manage stock visuals, footage, and templates

- Occasional label design for retail products as needed

Website & Digital

- Design landing pages for campaigns, products, or promotions as needed

- Create weekly SEO-friendly pages and articles

- Regular page speed and performance optimization

Marketing Support

- Assist in executing campaigns across digital platforms

- Coordinate with print vendors

Project Coordination

- Help manage calendars and project timelines

- Track creative tasks and ensure deadlines are met

- Liaise with internal teams for approvals and feedback

- Weekly meetings with stakeholders to present and update project timelines

- Support performance tracking and reporting when needed

What Were Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing/design role

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools

- Experience editing short-form videos for digital ads

- Comfortable using WordPress (WPBakery Visual Composer)

- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

- Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics

- Organized, self-driven, Independent, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary Range

MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000 Depending on experience
