Job Description

Areas of Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with local marketing and sales teams to develop country-specific marketing plans aligned with the global sales strategy.
  • Oversee the implementation of dealer programs, including annual strategic plans, T1/T2 contracts, and rebate programs.
  • Support the planning and execution of both internal and external events.
  • Monitor and manage budget allocation and expenditure tracking.
  • Assist in executing and managing marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms as well as social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube on a global scale.
  • Contribute to a global marketing function that combines creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, product management, or marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry or an advertising agency.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
