About The Job

  • Assist the Manager/Senior Manager in driving the sales and marketing team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by the management.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at boosting sales revenue.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyse buyer behaviour, competitor activities, and property market trends, and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Lead and supervise the marketing team in planning and executing product campaigns, while providing strategic feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote property developments, utilising both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Establish performance targets and KPIs for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches and ongoing campaigns.

skills and requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Extensive experience in project marketing within the property development industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to drive marketing initiatives that lead to successful property sales.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, buyer demographics, and industry dynamics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with relevant marketing technology tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop).
