Leads with the brand executives in defining product strategies and road maps for each brand, including ATL, BTL, PR, digital, social media, website, delivery platforms, loyalty programs and all other collaterals.
Ensuring all relevant Marketing Campaigns and executions of A & P Calendar including ATL and BTL programs execution.
Assist in developing integrated sales tools and collaterals with advertising agency and in-house graphic designer including social media.
Manage and coordinates with outlets operations closely on formulating sales support focused promotions and programs to cultivate upsell and cross sell of products and geographic centric Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives.
Provide sales/promotion/briefing/ of new sales promotions/ campaign or product launches to the Operations Team and ensure effective and timely activities roll out and motivate participation from the outlets for promotions and campaigns results.
Actively follow through, track, monitor, and analyse all sales and promotions executions against sales objectives and evaluate ROI for marketing activities with proper relevant reports and performance analysis.
Provide assistance in supporting sales and marketing, corporate sales, business developments events and initiatives of the company.
Manage, monitor and initiate creative/ effective POSMs/ in-store promotional materials and recommendation of effective display ideas.
Assists in establishing the yearly marketing budget to the Key Senior Management for approval and follows it strictly to minimize the Department's expenses.
Assist Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
Assist in marketing related work tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
At least 5 years of working experience and above in the related field.
Experience in measuring performance, drawing insights from market researching and leadership role, preferably from the F&B industry.
Has expertise in project management, campaigns, brand and sales managements and working across proprietary content management systems.
Has expertise in planning and managing brands.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Manager, TikTok Ads, Food Aggregators platforms and any other related platform would be a plus.
Possess strong analytical skills and able to leverage data, and metrics to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Ability to communicate digital marketing concepts, strategy, goals, and KPI achievements.
