Monitor production efficiency, product quality, and process performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
Lead, coach, and supervise operational teams to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor inventory, consumables, and operating costs to support efficient plant operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a palm oil mill or palm kernel crushing plant. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of palm oil mill or kernel crushing plant operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MSPO, RSPO, and safety standards is an added advantage.
