Description:

KPMG's IT Services Administration Assistant/Officer is responsible in handling administrative tasks, provides IT and Helpdesk administrative support for the departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in compiling periodic reports
  • Organising, maintaining, handling, and filing all related documentation and correspondence
  • Assisting and attending to all incoming support calls for the department
  • Handling stationery requisition, printing, binding, and general logistics support
  • Handling IT asset management, billings and invoicing related
  • Assisting in providing first line technical support to users
  • Those with IT knowledge and experience in handling PC is added advantage
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Skilled in document management and technical support.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
